Howdy all,

Just got under contract for a lovely house in Milford, PA.

Any suggestions on who should do the inspection?

Thanks in advance!

Ask your agent. They should have 3 or 4 people that you can interview

Howdy,

Just had Jeff Remas inspect the house we're looking to buy.

Not many times you get to say this but:

Believe the Hype.

Jeff was awesome. Funny, thorough and discrete with any issues. He was also educational, I recommend the "Septic 101" class.

Jeff spent over twice the time on site than the Inspector my real estate agent recommended.

Big thumbs up and thanks City-Data for the hookup!

I would highly reccommend looking up "Amerispec Home Inspection Service‎"

Guy by the name of IRA assisted me twice. Very Nice and educational, really went out of his way to teach me the things I needed to know.

First time home buyer - lots i needed to know.

New to the regeon - even more things i needed to know.

Exclamation do not use Pillar and Post

We had the man from Pillar to Post inspections at our home when we were purchasing it. I believe he was from Wayne or Pike County. He missed too many things. We ended up with water in the basement, carpenter ants and more... He gave us our money back because we were going to sue him. Not all inspectors are good

I don't know how big an area they cover, but we used Realty Inspection Services, and were very happy with them.
