I think the food and wait staff at the Waterfront are atrocious.

Well, to each her or his own. I personally wasn't a fan of Genetti's.

Gennetti's - the Wilkes-Barre location is nicer than the Dickson City one. (Never was that impressed with the Dickson City one and I swear I recall getting undercooked chicken there once.)

The Radisson at Lackawanna Station (personally this would be my choice as the building is incredible)

Woodlands is nice but I haven't actually been to a wedding there so I'm not sure how they're set up

Regal Room in Olyphant was where everything defaulted to for my high school/family. Nice enough location but limited in terms of size. I think they max out at 200.

Runco's in Dunmore is pretty nice - I remember having one of my proms there.
