Scranton has been ruined by a short-sighted, fiscally irresponsible mayor and council and that is a fact, not a myth. You can't make this stuff up, I see it with my own two eyes.

just look at some of the pay checks the mayors friends get,they are over paid and very under worked! oecd director $ 58g plus city pension,sewer auth $70g parks and rec $50g parking auth head $85g plus gas compensation.other ssa $50g and $49g human resource dir $50g, police chief $61g I think he is under pd,city admin dir $ 85g plus they all gey benifits pd vacations holiday pay etc. these are just a few of the high paying friends,Is this why the city is in trouble? got thes from DD website right to know. notices went out today about who gets laid off.
