Nah....global warming is a hoax anyways, so we can't blame Doherty for that. Al Gore and his hypocrite socialist buddies who live in mansions, fly around in private jets, and ride around in limos telling us not to drive SUV's and to be more "green" and "reduce our carbon footprint" (so he can sell those bogus "carbon credits" and make money) are at fault for perpetuating that lie.

That's right, if he's such an environmentalist, why does he live in a huge house, why doesn't he go live in the woods in a cabin and live off the land?

America's Best Bang-For-The-Buck Cities - Forbes.com

and
Best Bang-For-The-Buck Cities - Yahoo! Real Estate

Foreclosures in Scranton, Pa., (No.11) for example, fell 50% in October from the previous year, and home prices are expected to appreciate .03% three years out (a forecast better than 75% of major metros). And there's at least one good reason to settle there: It has the third-lowest travel time to work of all the metros we measured.
Just throwing it out there but I think this article is saying that compared to the rest of the country NEPA is doing better. Reading this as an outsider it's almost as if some of you are saying, "We don't care how good the rest of the country views us, we still think this is the worst place to live!!" Kinda funny.

Its actually because NEPA is always behind the times, and this is one of those situations where being behind the times is a good thing. We missed out on the prosperity of the 90s, but we're somewhat "missing out" on the recession today....its because our employment situation was already in the toilet, so it couldn't get much worse.

Hahahahhhaaa. Effin' HAHA.

Anyone who says a any positive things is deemed a "kool-aid drinker", but anyone who never has a single positive thing to say (about pretty much anything) is a "realist".

Nice.

And way to trainwreck another thread, team, with the same old tired discussion...

Wanted to rep you , but it wouldn't let me.
