I am pretty sure most people under thirty know what a hookah bar is. I smoked hookah way back in the 70s. Hookah bars are all over the country. I was reading about a block of hookah bars that had to make a choice of serving food or hookah because the smoking laws in their state changed and they couldnt do both, so some were actually giving up serving food. I am a fan of exhale on facebook and a friend of Kandahari on facebook. I have been trying to get all my kids together to go. None of us smoke but I checked with Kandahari and he said I would not smell the smoke while eating. I am happy to see how well they are doing. It seems like a younger college crowd. They also have belly dancers. It makes me happy to see this in Scranton. We need something like this. I hope it does very well, I cant wait to try it.

When we dined there I did not smell the smoke at all. Food was excellent!! So was the atmosphere! I'm a non-smoker, but would love to try it. I'm all in for new experiences!

I was going to make a thread about this place and did a search and came across this one. Honestly I didn't think it would last long either but I had hopes it would stay. Glad it did. A little pricey but I thought it was well worth it.
