We lived in CT for a year, due to the military, and everyone seemed to be very conservative in dress (maybe they were all just rich), kind of like individuality wasn't appreciated or welcomed -- dress in something from Macy's or you're frowned upon! Does NEPA have the same kind of feeling when it comes to dress? I mean, are there plenty of individuals with their own style, or do you get a general feeling of being restricted in what you wear? Could you wear a miniskirt without getting looked at in an unfriendly way? I guess I'm wondering if there's an unspoken dress code. There's definitely a difference in certain areas. CO is very relaxed and casual (unless you're working). So ... what's NEPA like?

I'm in Milford/Dingmans, and there is a wide variety of styles visible, there's an interesting blend of natives, transplants primarily from NY/NJ, and a growing gay community. I would call it eclectic.

I don't know that wearing perm rollers and bedroom shoes would be appropriate, but as long as your clothing fits, if you're wearing some, who cares......
