The listing makes it sounds like the city will help raze the buildings, help support + finance a #$%*# strip mall, and build private access to the LHR Trail. Serving the community!

this package property is owned by the guy who runs the Castle nightclub,,, drugs, guns, knives underage people, Escalades from N.J /.N.Y. in the lot, its a s@@#hole of a place, The corner building burned a year ago, it is gutted , the owners were also raided by the feds a few years back, I believe they were caught importing goods from Iran for their Persian carpet business...Good riddance to them!!!

Is that Castle nightclub finally shut down??? Not that a strip mall is the best thing for those corners, but anything is better than that "rug" business and that after hours club.

Had no idea about this night club, sounds like a party. But yeah, this doesn't seem to solve any of the issues with these businesses as they could just open up somewhere else, probably in the new strip mall.

That club has been shut down and reopened more time's then I can change my underwear in a week!! But yet!! It's still up and running!
