Can someone give me a ballpark figure for septic & well in NEPA. I'm thinking of buying a building lot and putting a mobile on it.

Or you could snap up one of these $15k babies and put it on your lot: Route 6, Hawley, PA, 18428 - MLS #10-1663 - Single Family Home real estate - REALTOR.com®

That's what I was planning to do but it's a daunting task and ~$25k to move a house.

$15K doesn't sound right. What's the catch?

What would it cost to block in a foundation around an existing house that has a crawl space? Perimeter is approx 700 lin feet and average ht is probably 3ft. Possibly also pour pad on one side large enough for 2 car garage extension of the house with 2nd story to "attach" to existing house for living space.
