I have visited a salon in the area because i saw there website, turns out that they are not very capable in doing a relaxer or a roller set.

You should try Special Touch salon in Alexandria. It's on Beauregard Street between Seminary Road and Little River tpk in the shopping center with Giant and CVS. It's usually about $75 for a relaxer and a roller set. It's a Dominican salon so they also do a mean blowout!

Sheldeez in Herndon does relaxers. I go to "Hair It Is" in Falls Church for Mizani relaxer. There is also Michael Andrews salon in Herndon.

I go to Dynasty Salon on Little River Turnpike just inside the beltway in Annandale. I pay $75 for cut and color (plus tip). In my experience, that's a reasonable price around here.
