God rest ye merry college grads
Let nothing you dismay!
If you can get a clearance
You can get a job that pays!
The traffic's bad, but don't get mad
Your cul de sac's a maze
Oh tidings of comfort and joy, comfort and joy.
Oh tidings of comfort and joy

Bob Ryan knows the rain, dear.
So he gives the weather news
And if you ever saw him
You will want to throw your shoes.

All of the other news guys used to laugh and call him names
They never gave Bob Ryan time to tell the weather game.

Then one foggy Christmas eve
Bob predicted snow
And like he said it snowed and snowed, so
now we think Bob knows!

Now all the school kids love him
'Cuz they know the Nova Rule:
When Bob Ryan says it rains, dear
Just an inch will close the school!

LOL I was going to do one called "Oh Little Town of Arlington" but then I realized that's the only line of the song I know!

OK, one final one (to Deck the Halls)

Traffic jams are all around us.
Fa la la la la lala lala
Tyson's Corner can confound us.
Fa la la la la lala lala
Take the toll road out to Dulles
Fa la la la la lala lala.
Got a short commute? Then I am jealous!
Fa la la la la lala lala.

Please sing to " Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow"

Oh the snowpocalpyse outside is frightfull,
but my arlington starbucks mocha is delightful
and since i pay so much and am close to metro
let it snow let it snow let is snow

It doesn't show signs of stopping,
And I've bought wholefoods organic corn for popping,
The LED lights are turned way down low,
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

When we stop working on year end financials tonight,
How I'll hate going out in the storm!
But if you'll assure me the audit went alright
That and the packed orange line train will keep me warm.

The computer is logging me off,
And, dear coworker, I am done,
But as long as you tell the boss you'll finish it tonight,
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

Away in a manger....
is all I can buy.
McMansions are pricey in Nova--too high!
I just want 4 bedrooms, and a porch with a swing.
But a shorter commute is the number 1 thing.

(To "Oh Christmas Tree")

Oh Weggie's... Oh Weggie's
A store that has no equal.
Oh Weggie's... Oh Weggie's
Build more! We'd love a sequel!
The sandwiches are oh so good
You eat upstairs, then buy your food.
Oh Weggie's... Oh Weggie's
A store that has no equal.
