Hello everyone,

I am interested in buying a home in Loudoun County, specifically the Ashburn area. Just wanted to hear opinions/experiences about the Loudoun Valley Estates community and Toll Brothers? Has anyone heard or used their ADV1 program?

Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Hi,
Did you end up buying a home in Loudoun Valley?
If no, can you please state your reasons? Thanks!
