Just curious if anyone here knows anything about this neighborhood? I am relocateing to the area (will be working in reston). My relator showed me a condo here today and I really liked it. It seems like a nice place but I was not so keen on the proximity to I-66. Any info. would be great.

Hey! I actually live in stonegate. It is a nice place to live, the neighbors kind of keep to themselves. I have always felt safe here, recently we got flyers on our doors from the hoa about recent car break ins and one car theft but the truth is this happens everywhere these days. I am currently renting to own my condo and couldnt be happier. I barely hear my neighbors. The one big drawback is the parking, one reserved spot and the guest parking is hard to find especially on weekends. As far as being close to 66 it dosnt bother me as much as I thought it would, you kind of get use to the traffic noise. I love being close to everything. The fact that is is gated,the pool, fitness center and business center are nice touches. If you need anymore info. give me a direct message.

I used to rent in Faircrest for about 3 years and I loved it. I just couldn't afford to buy there. If I could have I would have stayed. The neighborhood is very safe, close to everything and pretty quite. Drive over there around 5-7 pm and look at all the people out walking.
