Well, I've fallen on hard times. I just got divorced and am forced to sell my house.
That puts me in a bind, because, well, I own several pets. I absolutly refuse to "get rid of them", because there's no way that will happen.
I'm guessing I will have to find a single famly home to rent, but ideally, price wise, I'd really do best in an apartment.
I have a dog, a cat, and 6 birds. Not small birds, but larger birds. Who are capable of making lots of noise if they feel so inclined to do so. They don't do it all day, but every morning and evening.
I'm looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom place for around $1200-$1500.
I'd hate to have an apartment and disturb others. I was just curious if there's anything in the Loudoun County/Manassas/Fairfax/Centreville area that won't have a problem with someone owning birds.
I'd love to have reccomendations.

Thank you!

Sorry to hear about what you're going through. Check local listings for townhomes, or possibly someone renting a condo. I don't know what else to tell you.... I was in a similar situation with 5 cats one time....I found a local rental....albeit not the best neighborhood but I wasn't aware of that at the time.

Also - check with your a local bird rescue to see if they might have some advice or know of someone. I have never heard of leases saying anything about birds....but I also haven't been in the market to rent very often. Good luck.
