I am unable to find any apartments, condos, that feed into Oak Hill Elementary. Any information will be appreciated.

I'm not sure there are any apartment complexes that feed into it. Most are located north of there and feed into McNair.

Zillow shows at least one single family house for rent that feeds into OakHill Elementary. Use the 20171 zip to narrow in, then filter the results for rentals only. Using the yahoo realty search I also found a town house for rent in Hill Haven Court.

Yeah, there are townhouses that feed into Oak Hill (in Franklin Farm), but I don't know of any apartments or condos that feed into Oak Hill. Oak Hill mostly draws from parts of Franklin Farm, Chantilly Highlands, parts of Bradley Acres/Emerald Chase, and possibly Highland Mews. There might be parts of other neighborhoods, too, but I am pretty sure that the above neighborhoods are the majority of Oak Hill's body.

Yup, your best bet is probably looking at rental townhouses or rental single homes.
