I'm not a good water drinker but I drink LOTS of water when I drink the Vintage Seltzer Waters. I buy them by the case at Wegmans for $4.99 I think; 12, 1 liter bottles. As much as I love Wegmans, it isn't convenient for me to go there unless I need to do other shopping...but alas, I am out! Is there any other store that sells the bottles by the case? I seem to only be able to find them individually. I live in Manassas. Thanks.

What's the difference between Vintage Seltzer Water and other types of seltzer water? Just curious--I drink a LOT of seltzer water and I want to know if I am missing out on something good!

Vintage is widely sold by lots of chains such as Safeway, Giant and others. I recommend talking to the manager at a chain supermarket convenient to you. I have always been able to special order at local Giant, Safeway, McGruders etc. It is not a service they advertise, but they all do it.

Good idea!

Gekkota - I just happen to like it - would probably like most seltzers. But since it is so economical to buy by the case and that's the only one I have ever seen sold by the case - I just started drinking more of it.

I have seen Giant sell can case packs but not the bottles. Have you thought about getting a SodaStream? I bought one because I like carbonated water too.

I actually thought about that yesterday as I was typing this. What do you think of yours? That might be a worthwhile investment for me. Where did you get it at?

....just what I need - another item in my townhouse kitchen . But that Keurig is soooo worth it

I am really happy with mine. I bought the SodaStream and CO2 can from BJs. I order my replacement C02 cans online. I've switched out the C02 cans at the local Crate and Barrel and Williams Sonoma but they only carry the smaller replacements. I had a really expensive Perrier habit so the SodaStream is worthwhile to me.

That is so funny! I have a Keurig too and love it!

Whole Foods sells them by the case but I don't think that helps you much if you're in Manassas.

I have found that even if something isn't displayed in the case, I can ask a grocery employee and they will get it for me. Some places (like WF), give a discount by the case; some don't.

Hmmm...
I keep seeing these Keurig commercials on TV and I guess I don't understand the attraction.
It must be for non-hardcore coffee drinkers who prefer one dainty cup of overpriced gourmet coffee to a big 'ole pot-o-Joe!

LOL, actually - you can get a fresh cup every single time. You can use any coffee and put it inside the kcups. I was stuck for years drinking my husband's coffee because he was soooo much more a drinker than myself. Now - I get to have my kind and he gets to have his kind....well, actually it works out even better because he had a heart attack and bypass and doesn't drink regular coffee anymore.... So, now he gets his decaf with no problem. That way - you don't have to make a pot every day and it saves so much clean up.

As to the soda stream - I just so happen to have a 30% coupon to Kohls....maybe I should go get it tomorrow??? I check on BJs and Costco's website and they don't seem to have it.
