Take her to The Y for swimming lessons or something. Any activity at her age should be all about F. U. N. That's it.

FWIW, my daughter has done swim lessons, gymnastics and dance classes at the local community centers. They are pretty good (and fun) for that age range. I agree that a team sport with practices and such might be a little much at that age, but you did say she showed some interest before? Maybe just a one day a week thing at a local sports center? I think the reason my daughter enjoyed the soccer thing she did is because it was with her friends. Ask what her friends are doing - maybe you could sign her up for something with a couple of them.

If she like to run around soccer is great. My daughter found T-ball boring. The one thing I always recommend is swimming lessons at as early age as possible.

My daughter started tee-ball at 5, she was in kingdergarden and all the girls on the team were in her class and neighborhood... they mostly played in the dirt, and picked flowers....But..every girl on that team continued to play softball.... and to this day continue to play now at the college level ...
