Easy place to find HOA fees around NOVA? (Alexandria, Reston: condos, houses)

Hello to all you NOVA experts. I haven't visited this site in a few months so forgive me if my question has been posted recently and I've just missed it. Here goes: does someone know of a site that may list the HOA fees for each area around NOVA (Leesburg, Reston, Ashburn, Sterling, Brambleton, Centerville, Gainesville, Alexandria, etc., etc.). All these real-estate places I check out mostly say "call to inquire about HOA fees" and I just don't feel like getting into a bunch of email lists in order to get this information. What about the difference in HOA fees between condos and houses?
What about Reston specifically? I hear the whole place is one big HOA. Are their fees much higher than the communities around it? Is the higher fee justified based on the perks you get? (I understand you get free pool access, good parks maintenance and the like. That wouldn't be enough in my case.)
If you don't know of a site with this information, could you give me an idea of what your HOA fee is and the area that you live in? Make sure you only mention the town you live in - don't give any specific addresses as that's not needed nor recommended.
