Gainesville - DC vanpool (leasing, costs, commute)

I'm thinking of starting a commute vanpool from Gainesville to DC.

* Proposed schedule would be leaving about 6:30 am, returning about 4 or 4:30 pm.

* Leaving from are around exit 43B and park in L'Enfant area.

* Cost at or under $230/monthly transit benefit offered by the Feds and many other employers if I can get at least 10 reliable riders in a 12 person van.

* With a 9-person van the costs would probably be about $260/month ($30/person out of pocket after transit benefit).

I'm an experienced vanpool organizer and driver but am new to NOVA.

Need volunteer alternate drivers who, if they register with leasing companies, can get occasional use of van evenings and weekends.

Please let me know if you're interested and if you're willing to go with $30/month out of pocket.
