I'll be taking Amtrak to NYC on the Friday after Thanksgiving and need to park my car overnight for a couple of days (I live too far away to take a taxi). Is there any hope of finding a space in the Union Station garage during the holidays?

The other option is parking overnight at the Vienna Metro. I know technically that's not allowed but I've done it before without incident.

TIA

If it is full, there are some adjacent parking lots at the Hall of states (where CSPAN is) and up N. Capitol. You'd have to walk to Un. Station, though. Or, take a cab.
