Northern VA has no great OUTSIDE people watching places
Reference this topic. Want some fun people watching? Go to any Wal Mart and grab a seat somewhere. Some of the weirdest mix of people you can find anywhere. I still go to a Wal Mart near me on Liberia Ave once in a while when I don't feel like driving to the Super Target on 28. Some of the strangest people in the world are here. I saw a fairly obese guy riding on ond of the motorized carts and saw no cane, cast or anything else but you never know. Sure enough. He was leaving ahead of me with his bag of stuff. When he got outside he ditched the cart and walked faster than I did to my car. Go figure.

Wow, this guy is LAME. He has a date with a chick new to the area (fresh meat!) and yet he expects her to come up with the plan because he's "bad at it." This isn't a hot date, it's at best a tepid date. I suspect you can do better.
