... and sell drugs is usually the last bit to this. Drugs in rural regions of our country are one of the biggest causes of homicide, theft, etc. Meth and weed are the big culprits due to the land availability and difficulty to patrol every part of a county at all times.

If culpeper has a drugs problem, I've never seen it. It's definitely not as noticeable as more publicly known issues in urban woodbridge, manassas, and parts of stafford.
