It annoys me when people don't use their turn signals. Please use your turn signals. They're there for a safety reason, and also make the system a lot more efficient. You might also have a communication problem too or be plain selfish, so please learn how to be a communicator and make me feel better. It's all about ME ME ME ME ME ME.

For what it's worth newer vehicles actually don't come equipped with turn signals here in Pittsburgh; these are optional features.

Apparently it is opposite in Louisville. The cars are so old and raggedy the turn signals don't work.

Boy, you speak for me, VRE. I had to drive in the district today and there were at least 5 instances where people nearly caused accidents because they changed lanes without signaling or decided at the last second to make a turn without signaling. Come on, people, this is an urban area, and we need to be considerate of one another.

it's not so much changing lanes for me, it's when you're at a 4 way and you're waiting to turn into traffic only to realize that you could have made your move earlier if the idiot turned his signal on.

Thank you. People, please get with the program, or I won't like you anymore. On a side note, is anyone here old enough to remember being taught 'out the window' hand signals for turning left/right?

I always use my turn signals. However this is often counter-productive because it provokes other driver(s) to speed up to prevent you from getting into their lanes. So if any of you are THAT kind of driver, please knock it off!

Perhaps because if the turn signal is on, the others will speed up and block them from turning. There have been many occasions when I signal to turn and the other drivers sped up to block me from changing lane.

Signal is good when others acknowledge it.
