but i cant find an apartment online since its too hard for me to call the offices
i'm actually looking in Sterling maybe Fairfax or Dulles, 3 bedrooms for a one month stay, and i also need an apartment that has some stores or supermarket nearby cause i wont be able to rent a car, i found an apartment in a community called "parc dulles" i really liked the place and everything but as i said it was too hard for me reach them i tried to email them from so many companies like: oakwood and bridgestreet, but i didn't get anything

You may want to look into extended stay apartments which there are a few in the dulles region (for this reason). I unfortunately don't know any off the top of my head but if you type in Dulles Extended Stay I would assume something will pop up on google.

I don't know much about the area/short term housing either, but as you likely know, the DC and Northern Virginia areas are very expensive, especially for a 3 bedroom apartment. Posting your price range would be helpful in narrowing things down.

Sterling, Fairfax and Dulled are very car-centric communities. You are going to have a lot of trouble getting around without a car.
Arlington or Alexandria would be much easier to do without a car.
