Hey Everyone, 10 of my coworkers including myself are going into DC from Vienna Metro Stop on THursday, We are leaving Herndon for the metro around 8:30, should take an hour depending on traffic. Does anyone know the likelyhood we will find parking. It will be 2 drivers in two cars. I keep reading that the lot fills up pretty quick, anyone have any ideas?? We had also thought about leaving from Dunn Loring also, not sure which is better. ANy help is appreciated.

Vienna usually fills up by 7:30 or 8 on most mornings. I think Dunn Loring is a little better. But if you're expecting to arrive at the station at 9:30, just wait another half hour until 10. That's when you can start parking in the reserved parking spots and there are almost always a few of them open at that time.

Why not consider the Herndon Monroe park and ride that is right in Herndon on Sunrise Valley Drive. If you park there, you can take a quick commuter bus to the West Falls Church metro. It takes the toll road and the shoulder on 66 so that it gets to WFC in around 20 minutes.
