Hi everyone,

I live in DC and work in Tysons. To avoid having to drive down 66 everyday, I'd like to take the metro to either West Falls Church or Dunn Loring, then drive to my office from there. Does anyone know of any over night parking available to rent, or anyone who would be willing to rent an extra space at their house/condo/apartment that is within walking distance of either metro?

The cost of a bus or even a cab to and from the metro to work might be less than a daily or weekly rental on a parking space. And if you have DC tags and are using a VA parking lot that might cause a problem for some people - I remember reading something about garaging a car in VA with MD or DC plates - getting a ticket or something.

Have you looked at the bus routes? The 28T goes from WFC to Tysons, and the 2T goes from Dunn Loring to Tysons. Might not be convenient for you, but worth checking out.

I bet the OP is just counting the days to the Silver Line!
