I am in the Alexandria Area by Alexandria hosptial. how is the morning commute from Alexandria to Chantilly Va . I am looking at the Conference Center Drive area or Chantilly.

I was told the commute was about 30 minutes in the morning. Bad traffic about an hour. Also are there any side roads to take .

I know it only takes 30 minutes to commute from Alexandria to Fair Oaks Mall Area in the morning. And that commute is not bad at all.

Thanks

There is no way that the commute from Alexandria to Chantilly is 30 minutes in the morning at rush hour. I googled the two locations and it's 30 mile commute and right now on a Saturday night it's a 42 minutes commute. Double that in rush hour. I used to drive from Chantilly to Sterling and it would take me 25 minutes though that's before all the overpasses went in. I used to drive to Alexandria from Sterling and it was at least an hour.

You'd be going against traffic, so that will help a bit with time.

Conference Center Dr. is off Rt 28, correct?
