We were told to do that but have
up to 4 hours; I would love to use all 4 hours, but I don't think we're getting paid for the time spent closing up/filling out timesheets/collecting the signed memo from everyone.
It's really asinine. Some folks live 20 miles away from our building or more; making them come in just to sign a piece of paper adds insult to injury. (They don't get paid either way, so what's the point?) Only at DoD!

As per WTOP, OPM didn't update because it's still officially open like buildings are open to receive employees, receive furlough papers, complete the paperwork etc. OPM will probably update in the next 3-4 hours.
