Yes, I know the monument is in DC but most people on this forum go into DC all the time, and I'm curious if you guys are becoming fond of the new scaffolding. I confess, I rather like it. The grid look has grown on me. LOL, never thought I'd like the look of scaffolding, but there ya go. Maybe it's the new temporary lights--they actually make the monument look rather jazzy. Maybe they should just leave it in place.

Yes! It kinda Vegas bright but I love how the scaffolding puts the existing structure in a new context without being permanent.I took these 2 weeks ago.
