I am not sure. Another example of how worthless the reporting is on this entire thing. They say pentagon is getting back 350,000 or something employees that work DoD starting this week. But I don't know what that means. I still see the shutdown clock ticking on CNN. I don't know. I will probably have the wake up early and go to work to 'see' if I am supposed to be there. Reminds me of last Tuesday when I had to go in even though the shutdown started to sign papers.

Why would you pretend to assume this is any of your business? My wife and I put our son through college. My wife's parents put her through college. If a parent can do this then by al means they have that right.
