I don't think OPM will make an early call on this one. I think they'll wait until early morning hours and see how much the snow has piled up and whether it is continuing to pile up. My money is on unscheduled leave/telework with possibly a 2 hour delay. I thought about going into the office to get my laptop so I could work from home if that's what they do, but I'm just not motivated enough this time.
