Commute from 495 near Route 1 to I-66 W (Tysons Corner, Huntington: station, commuters)

Hello, I was wondering how is the commute from 495 right off Huntington metro station to I-66W in the morning around 6:40 am. I know I-66W is usually clear, but not sure about the 495 since I'm sure many commuters would be heading to Tysons Corner.

It's not too bad. The main backups will be around Braddock Rd and Little River Turnpike. They have the HOT lanes if you need to be somewhere at a specific time so you can bypass the traffic.
