Hello,
I have a customer who wants a flipper's sign made. I was looking for help in what makes a professional flipper's sign a good one?

Is the thickness 1/4" or 3/8"?
Is it two pieces glued back to back?
Does it have some kind of a handle?
Is an arrow shape as easy as a rectangle to flip?
Do you know of any websites for information that might be helpful?

...

How do you make a professional sign flipper's sign?
You go to a sign shop and leave it to the professionals.
