I am going to relocate to 2000 sq feet house in Hirst Farm area, Purcellville VA.
Can somebody tell me what is the average propane heating cost?
Thank you.

Even if someone kept stats on average costs of propane heat, the averages are not going to be very helpful for this specific house. As a general rule, propane is more expensive than natural gas. In addition, the efficiency of the furnace, the windows and insulation will vary a lot.

Why not just ask the current owner or tenant of the house what they paid for heat last winter?

Keeping in mind that last winter was harsher than average with longer and colder cold spells than normal.
