I do not think working either 7-7 shift will get you out of that much traffic. Others may disagree with me but IMHO this will be rush hour traffic.

It'll be the beginning of AM rush if you leave at 6am (Toll Road should be fine at that hour) and the tail end of PM rush if you leave work at 7pm.

I would take at look at Oakton (22124) I saw a couple in your range as well as 22030. The area between 123 and 29 is Blake Lane on the 29 side and Jermantown Rd on the Oakton side. Anything in this area would be a decent commute

That's good advice. Most of the town homes are in good shape and rent from $1900 to $2300 a month. There are usually a handful for rent at any given time between the 5 or so communities.

Yes, that's what I've been seeing. It is similar to prices where I live now. I was paying about 1100 when my son was younger.
