How close do you live to DCA? Call up Washington Flyer and arrange for a pickup. Then when you're ready to go back home, just hop a ride from Washington Flyer. Probably NOT the cheapest, but definitely the most convenient and most reliable.

I live in Dumfries, so I don't live close to DCA. An Uber ride from here to DCA would be like 50 bucks. A 3 minute ride to the airport should be like 5 bucks! awwwww yeeaaaaa!!!

Congress gets to park for free. You'll see their special lot right under the metro rails outside terminal B. Every vehicle has a separate license plate and a special permit hanging in the window. Did I mention its very close to the terminals? Ahh
