Love the way Arlington has changed in the past decade.
10 New Buildings That Reshaped Arlington, VA [Time-Lapse Photos] - RENTCafe rental blog
Although, I'd really like to see new buildings that take into account the architeture of the other ones next to it. Take the Tellus Apartments for example, made from glass only, while the buildings next to it are much more classic.

I couldn't have said it better myself. Just completely ignore one of the most beautiful trails/parkways in America. No green space!
