yes, there are 10 packs of 20 cigs. per carton- there are many discount cig. outlets - depends on where you live.

Hmm cigarettes can be tough to find I'd head to southeast DC late at night and see if you can find a hook up
or go to literally any grocery store, gas station, 7-11, etc...

I don't smoke, but know many people that do/did and buying a brand they may not smoke is, well a little weird. From what I've seen, brand loyalty is huge. Unless you are buying it for them to trade or give away.

Don't buy a brand for someone that isn't their usual brand. There is a discount place in the strip where the Lowe's is on Rt. 1 - not sure of Springfield. Do a search.
