I got my answer; I asked one of the construction workers yesterday. A Sheets gas station, a daycare center and kiddie water park.

A Sheets gas station, a daycare center, and a water park? How very interesting. I'm most excited for the water park. Nice place to take the kids out for a walk and go on picnics hopefully. Great adds, in my opinion! Thanks for sharing Venture2000!
