Yes you are correct and let me clarify. What I mean’t was the area of Sterling closer to Fairfax County (I.e., East of 28) was not as nice as the area West of 28. For example, the part of Sterling where the Wegman’s was located. That was a very nice area. Also very conveniently located to 267.

Well, any housing in the area you reference is in Ashburn. There is only 1 residential neighborhood with a Sterling address that is west of 28, and that is much further south off of 606.
