I read the article too. The original study is from November 2017. There will always be poorer people living among the wealthy since good paying jobs are available. One of the extreme examples was the census tract containing Culmore and their Lake Barcroft neighbors. Working in the service economy without a college degree limits your ability to live in a good neighborhood unless you live farther out and commute. Fast forward to today and it is no surprise that the poor are suffering more from COVID-19 then the wealthy.
