A relative is looking to move into the Arlington area, will be going to GWU, sharing an apartment with another female. They are looking at these apartments online and will have a virtual tour this week. It will be a 10-minute walk to the Rosslyn Metro station. Any opinions on the safety of this area, and any knowledge of these apartments would be appreciated. I know that they are older but apparently well-kept, so far as we know. If they are clean, well-kept and safe as opposed to luxurious, that will be fine. Thank you so much in advance.

Safe neighborhood, older but well kept apartment complex, they won't have any issues. I imagine some of the units closest to Lee Highway MIGHT get a little noisy given proximity to that road but that is just a guess, I haven't personally visited one of their units.
