No, Loudoun County is most certainly not all suburbs......most of it is rural.

One Loudoun seems to be a cool spot.
Kingstowne isn’t actually in Alexandria, so it might work for you. It’s in Fairfax County. It would be a lot different than Reston or Herndon, I think. I didn’t live in Kingstowne, but I did once live not far from there. It certainly didn’t feel like them to me. Others may disagree though.

It's pretty nice actually. Slightly higher median income than Reston, I believe, but it has a diverse mix of singles and families and a heavy influence by Ft. Belvoir and other military installations. Springfield is also a good option and with a more diverse socio-economic representation.

I was assuming that the OP wasn't thinking of something west of 15.

Certainly, as the OP specifically said Asburn. But you were the one who said Loudoun is all suburbs. Just trying to dispel the idea that all of Loudoun is Ashburn-like. Ashburn is just one part of Loudoun.

Maybe it's a mental block or the hope that Clark County will annex western Loudoun. ;-)
