I agree that MD has more aggressive drivers. However, I noticed one thing when I moved to Ashburn that I don't notice as much elsewhere in NOVA. Here drivers take off everywhere like a bat out of hell. They are always in a hurry, and, yes, more aggressive. It's not the same on freeways like 28 or 66 where people drive so mind numblingly slow! NOVA has all kinds of drivers mixed together.
