Kingstowne is zip code 22315. Island Creek is next to (actually across the street from) Kingstowne in the same zip code. Manchester Lakes is also next door/across the street (so to speak) but in zip code 22310. The apartments in Kingstowne might have the neighborhood name rather than Kingstowne but if you read the description it would probably say that it's part of Kingstowne. I'm not sure that Kingstowne has any one bedroom apartments or condos, I think they're mostly two or three bedroom which makes them more expensive, but give it a try because I think you would like any of those three developments. What area of Springfield will you be working in? Here are the websites that might help:

Kingstowne Residential Owners Corporation
Manchester Lakes

I will be working near Grainger Ct. (I think thats the correct spelling). I have been looking quite a bit in Fairfax, and particularly (at least) at "the Hermitage", "The lincoln at fair oaks", and "Fairfax square".... any input on these locations? I like the price of the lincoln the most, since its about 100 less than I would be paying at the others, but I heard parking is tough (the others are first come first serve) and I heard the internet/cable service sucks...

I will use those zip codes to look into the kingstown area... gotta decide by tomorrow evening so hopefully i find something.... this pressure sucks... i wish I had the luxury my buddy has of having work pay for temporary housing in the area for 2-3 months before he has to find his own place.. heh
