The standard federal tax deduction is 58.5 cents currently. The federal government and most companies will reiumburse you at this rate for business. If they don't reimburse, you can take it off your taxes as a deduction. Some companies also have an extra rate they add for your time. Companies call this different things. You may want to double check the contract to see if it provides for the federal mileage reimbursement on top of the 10 cents. It may not list this number separately, as the mileage deduction is subject to change based on the price of gas.
