Me and my girlfriend recently moved to Nova. We like the place a lot and want to buy a new 1-2 Bed condo / town home. I will be working in Herndon and my girlfriend will be studying in NVCC (NOVA Community College). We found some very attractively priced deals from Builders in Ashburn (Belmont Country Club) and in Sterling (near the community college). In Herndon, we were able to find some 3-4 year old condos on the sunrise valley dr. The best value for money is in Belmont, with Sterling and Herndon being the more expensive options. We need suggestions from people living in these areas, what they would recommend us. Aspects like school district, safety, potential for growth oin property value in next years are all important aspects, but it seems like all these three places are just the same in these respects. Would you agree? Would you rather recommend some other place for a young couple?
