hi, I am on the market to buy a place for me and my daughter. and of course, the schools are the top priority. but since we only have one income, it is still every tough to find a place in Fairfax, despite the fact the housing price is sliding, but still unaffordable to a single parent. anyway, my agent told me that some of the prince william co schools are not as bad as we thought, especially in the newer areas, like bristow, haymarket, gainsville,ect. which are not far from my office. ans he even said some of newer schools are comparable to mid-level fairfax schools. any truth here? thanks a lot.
