Does anyone know of a nice APT, Condo, or Townhome that is walking distance to a metro & willing to do a 3 month lease? (Reston: month-to-month)

Hi All,

I will be moving back to the metro DC area with my husband and young daughter. My husband is working in Reston. My company has a ton of offices there and I don't know which one I will be transferring to - so we are looking for a nice place to rent out on a 3 month lease with the option to go month-to-month afterwards. We want a place that is within walking distance to a metro station. The short term lease and metro accessibility will give us enough time to get relocated and figure out where I'm goign to be working. We don't want to jump into a 6-12 month lease when I could be working on the other side of the beltway which is why we must be able to do a 3 month lease initially.

We've scoured the web and may have one possibility with a condo we found that is being rented out by the owner but we have yet to confirm things. Until we do, we're still looking.

Does anyone know of any nice places in NoVA that are walking distance to the metro station and not too costly? We want a 3 BR place with at least 2BA and covered parking (attached garage, detached garage, underground, carport, etc). We're willing to pay up to $2500/mo - maybe a bit more depending on the accommodations and the location. We'd prefer a newer property and if it's a high rise, we want a secure building.

We are pet-free and smoke-free.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
