Some help please...I'm new at this so bare with me
My husband just received orders to Quantico, Virginia. We're a family of 4 and looking to rent. Can you please inform me of what areas are nice and which to stay away from. We also don't want to be more then 20 minutes from base.
Also, are there any good property management companies that have rentals posted online? Thanks so much for your time and any info is greatly appreceiated!

How much room will you need and what is your budget? Are your kids school age? Elementary? High school?
My husband is stationed at Quantico and when we first moved here we really loved a community called Ashland right off route 234. At the time, it was a little out of our budget, but we would have loved to live there! I've heard great things about their schools.

I second the community of Ashland. It is right "next to" Dumfries, but the neighborhood is split between having Woodbridge and Manassas addresses. We lived there for 8 years and liked it.
