We have saved money with direct buy on things like granite, marble, cabinets, appliances, etc. However, the Direct Buy in Chantilly is a nightmare to deal with. We are having to work harder for and wait longer for the items we are buying. There is NO customer service. If you screw up your order, you are screwed. And it takes a long time to get things delivered. With that said, we are saving a heck of a lot of money on our remodel. I really can't stand them and i can't wait to be done with them when we finish the house. But again, we are truly saving money on these large renovation purchases.
